President's Message

The start of a new year is a chance for reflection over the year past... and as 2020 was definitely an unexpected time for us all, it’s been a beautiful opportunity for both strength and growth. It’s been a chance to care for our Carter community of teachers, staff, students and families with no agenda to raise funds, but rather build relationships. To those who have been a loyal support to us, thank you. Thank you for your investments into this Carter community and helping the PTO established here to bring simple & fun ways to support the school and each other. We are grateful to our Carter staff, our amazing Principal, and especially our teachers for the perseverance they have demonstrated. Here’s to a bright new year!

EVERY parent and teacher is a member of Carter Elementary PTO at no cost. We ask for donations of any amount as members to support PTO's efforts to enhance our school through education, field trips, recognition and appreciation events for all students.
