EVERY parent and teacher is a member of Carter Elementary PTO at no cost. We ask for donations of any amount as members to support PTO's efforts to enhance our school through education, field trips, recognition and appreciation events for all students. Every Parent and Teacher is encouraged to contribute ideas, volunteer, attend meetings & vote.
