EVERY parent and teacher is a member of Carter Elementary PTO at no cost. We ask for donations of any amount as members to support PTO's efforts to enhance our school through education, field trips, recognition and appreciation events for all students. Every Parent and Teacher are encouraged to contribute ideas, volunteer, attend meetings & vote.

We love our teachers and we want to support them every day of the year! Please select your teacher & donate to their classroom! These funds are to help your teachers with classroom supplies, art project materials, etc. These donations benefit the whole class.

BIRTHDAY WISHES! Make your child feel extra special and loved while supporting the PTO's efforts! For just $25, Send your favorite Carter student, teacher or staff member a Special Cougar Delivery! Celebrate a birthday with an exciting visit from our Carter Cougar! Your message and a balloon bouquet will be delivered to the classroom! Cougar Deliveries can only be made to classrooms on Friday's currently. Please allow 1 week notice for deliveries. Deliveries include balloon bouquet and Happy Birthday sign.
